All courses are strictly non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the user/purchaser to confirm if it is the right course with agreed terms before they make a purchase.
Bulk purchases are non-refundable.
The courses are non-transferrable.
A 100% refund will be issued in the event of any technical or natural occurrence whereby the course cannot be conducted within the given timeline or within an agreed stipulated period of time.
